About 2000 years ago an historical event had happened - Nero, the Emperor of Rome, sent one of his finest soldiers far away from the empire's borders to find rare material - amber. It wasn't long before a regular trade trail between Rome and Baltic regions was created - and part of that path led exactly here, in Poland, following the Vistula river. Our Hotel lays on this ancient track - taste the history!
